We had a wonderful day at the Dragon Boat Festival with our Athens FCC Group! Anna Li made her first "best" friend in America! She is adopted as well and has Chinese parents. Her mother teaches Chinese classes in Huntsville so both the girls were able to talk in Chinese to each other. They had so much fun together:) Anna Li got invited to come to her house next weekend for a Chinese cooking class with other 11-13 year old girls adopted from China. How fun is that!?!?!?!
This is Alabama so don't be expecting a traditional Dragon Boat Race:) We make do with our plastic boats and the kids had a blast!!
Colin made a buddy too! Colin and Paul William are 2 months apart and became fast friends:)

Looks like fun! I'm so glad Anna Li found a Chinese girlfriend. I hope that will be a big help. Praying for you.
